On October 2, 2026, Dr. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, held an official meeting with Lee Jun-Myung, Kang Dong-won, Professor of the Judicial Training Department of the Judicial Research Training Institute of the Republic of Korea.

During the meeting, both parties noted the successful completion of the 2026 joint training program titled “Capacity Building for Digitalization of Judicial Activities, and etc. in Mongolia (2025–2027).”

The Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Republic of Korea and the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy of Mongolia signed a MoU in 2021. Under this cooperation framework, 19 judges participated in specialized training in 2022, eight in 2023, and 17 in 2024. In 2026, a total of 29 participants, including judges and personnel responsible for judicial digitalization, participated in the training program.

During the meeting, the parties also exchanged views on training topics and content for the coming years.
