Ethics Subcommittee of the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Academy

The Judicial Training, Research, and Information Academy has established an Ethics Subcommittee to cultivate internal ethical standards within the organization, enhance discipline and accountability, and create a fair and responsible working environment.

The Ethics Subcommittee was formed under the Academy to uphold the general ethical standards of public servants. Its responsibilities include preventing ethical violations, raising awareness, reviewing and assessing any breaches of ethics, and conducting analyses of ethical misconduct among public officials.

The Ethics Subcommittee consists of the following members:

  • Chairperson: E. Baasanbyamba (Head of the Criminal Law Sector, Research Center)

  • Secretary: Kh. Tsetsegmaa (Manager in Charge of Internal Training, Training Center)

  • Member: B. Orgilmaa (Journalist, Information Center).
