Training on “Ensuring the constitutional right to inviolability in covert investigative operations: A mechanism for protecting participants procedural rights” organized

The Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, in cooperation with the Spurlock Court Foundation of the United States, organized a specialized training session titled “Ensuring the constitutional right to inviolability in covert investigative operations: A mechanism for protecting participants' procedural rights” for criminal law judges.
The training was opened with remarks by Ch. Khosbayar, Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia and Presiding Justice of the Criminal Chamber.


This training session discussed the U.S. legal system, the specific characteristics of the federal and state court systems, and covert investigative operations conducted under court warrants in the State of Texas, along with their respective types.




Furthermore, it covered topics such as the methodology of incorporating confidential documents into judicial decisions, the process of serving decisions, and balancing human rights with national security, providing the participants with knowledge and methodological advice.
The training was conducted by Matthew Wright, Judge of the State of Texas, USA, and Board Member of the Spurlock Court Foundation; Isidro Alaniz, District Attorney for the 49th Judicial District of Texas; and Steve Keathley and Sarah Keathley, US attorneys and founders of the "Keathley & Keathley" law firm.
