Delegation from the Ministry of Justice of Japan Visits the Judicial Academy

On July 7, 2026, Dr. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, alongside Dr. B. Dulguun, Scientific Secretary, received a delegation from the Ministry of Justice of Japan.
The delegation comprised Mr. Oku Daiki, Professor at the International Cooperation Department of the Research and Training Institute, Government Attorney, and Attorney-at-Law; Mr. Kohei Sasaki, Professor at the Institute; and Mr. Tetsuo Kamiya, International Affairs Officer at the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Japan.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on jointly organizing specialized and practical training programs for Family and Juvenile Court judges, studying Japan’s best practices in judicial training methodologies, and exploring potential collaboration in commercial law training.
Furthermore, both sides discussed expanding research and training cooperation, facilitating mutual knowledge exchange, and launching future joint initiatives between the two institutions.
