2026 Training Programs Discussed

The regular meeting of the Judicial Academy’s Curriculum Committee was held on February 11, 2026.

In the beginning D. Munkhtuya, Presiding justice of the chamber of Administrative cases, presented the training programs to be organized in 2026 in the field of administrative law. Upon discussion, the Committee members expressed their support for the following programs: “Supreme Court Interpretations and Consistency in the Application of Law,” “Incorporating Enforcement Mechanisms and Procedures into Court Decisions,” “Identifying Serious Procedural Violations Affecting Court Decisions,” and “Key Issues in Resolving Financial and Tax Disputes: Transfer Pricing.”

S. Umirbyek, Chief Judge of the Appellate Court for Criminal Civil Cases of Bayan-Ulgii province, and B. Dashdondov, Chief Judge of the Circuit court of First Instance for Criminal Cases of Bayangol, Khan-Uul, and Songinokhairkhan Districts, members of the Curriculum Committee, also presented the criminal law training programs to be conducted in 2026. The Committee members exchanged views on the proposed programs.

In particular, the programs titled “Issues in the Application of Law Related to Compulsory Medical Measures,” “Theory, Methodology, and Judicial Practice in the Application of the Criminal Code” (Article 27.10(5) of the Special Part of the Criminal Code), and “Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Law: Coherence and Application” were discussed and supported.

Justice G. Altanchimeg, Presiding justice of the chamber of Civil cases, presented the 2026 civil law training program titled “Current Issues in the Law of Obligations.”

In addition, D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, introduced training programs in the field of judicial ethics, including “The Distinction Between Judicial Professional Errors and Disciplinary Violations and Their Interrelationship,” as well as a Leadership Program for Chief Judges. Following discussion, the Committee members agreed to support and approve the proposed programs.
