Within the framework of cooperation between the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Institute and the Judicial Institute of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the “Distance Learning Course on Intellectual Property for Judges” developed by the WIPO Academy, is set to be officially launched in Mongolia.

   The training will utilize examples to support the resolution of disputes related to intellectual property. Participants will gain insights into various types of intellectual property rights, their basic principles, and fundamental concepts. Successful completion of this course will enable participants to pursue in-depth study.
