The special issue (№106) of the fourth quarter of 2023 of the academic quarterly magazine "Mongolian State and Law," published by the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Institute, has been released in English.

   In this issue, B. Doszhan, a doctoral student at Kokaeli University of BNTU, and J., a master's student at Sakarya University of BNTU, Arna et al.'s "Assessment of Hagia Sophia decree of Turkey," and Batbayar B, a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and attorney, published "Analysis of the Subjective Composition of Crimes in the Criminal Code of Mongolia from Comparative Legal Studies" respectively.

   Additionally, in this issue, some summaries of court decisions prepared and delivered monthly by the Institute are translated into English and published. The journal is available for reading in print form at the libraries of the Supreme Court, the Judicial General Council, the National Legal Institute, and the libraries of law universities and colleges.
