On December 14 and 15, 2023, B. Dulguun (Ph.D), Head of the Research Center of the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Institute, O. Injinnash, Head of the Criminal Sector of the Center, M. Khatanzorig (Ph.D), Head of the Practical Studies Department of the Supreme Court, and administrative staff from the Supreme Court visited the Supreme Court of Singapore. During this visit, they met with Paul Quan, the executive director of the Singapore Judicial College.

    The Singapore Judicial College is dedicated to fulfilling the continuous development needs of legal knowledge and skills for judges, as well as training and enhancing the skills of judicial administrative staff. 

    In the meeting, Paul Kuan, the executive director of the Judicial College, highlighted that the essential skills for being a judge include the ability to analyze legal issues comprehensively and articulate decisions effectively. 

  Throughout the meeting, there was an exchange of information about the activities of the Judicial College, and valuable practices that could be implemented in the operations of the Institute were shared.
