THE WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANIZATION (WIPO) INFORMS THE COOPERATION BETWEEN THE JUDICIAL TRAINING RESEARCH AND INFORMATION INSTITUTE AND THE WIPO ON THEIR WEBSITE

Dr Erdenechimeg Dashpuntsag, a director of the The Judicial Training, Research and Information Institute signed the MoU with the World Intellectual Property Organization during her visit to Geneva in Switzerland between 14-17 November 2023.
The MoU between the organizations has been signed on the following three matters:
- the establishment of a Continuing Judicial Education program on IP for the judiciary of Mongolia;
- the inclusion of Mongolian jurisprudence in WIPO Lex-Judgments;
- the development of cooperation and joint activities between WIPO and the JTRII, strengthen the judicial system and services for IP protection.
