The Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy held a regular meeting of its Curriculum committee on September 4, 2026.

At the beginning of the meeting, N. Bayarmaa, Presiding Justice of the Chamber for Civil Cases, the Supreme Court of Mongolia, presented the training curriculum on “Adjudication Proceedings and Decision-Drafting Methodology (Appellate and First-Instance Courts).” D. Munkhtuya, Presiding Justice of the Administrative Chamber, the Supreme Court of Mongolia, presented the curriculum on “Mineral Resources Law.” The committee members agreed to approve both curricula.

Judge L. Galbadar of the Appellate Court for Family and Juvenile Cases presented the curriculum on “Crimes against military service.” Following discussion, the committee members determined that further research should be conducted on the subject before organizing the training and decided to defer approval of the curriculum. Members also proposed further improving the process for developing training curricula and incorporating the relevant provisions into the applicable regulations.

At the conclusion of the meeting, N. Bayarmaa, Presiding Justice of the Chamber for Civil Cases, the Supreme Court of Mongolia, and D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Academy, presented information on the revision of the credit requirements for mandatory specialized training for judges, the participation of judges in overseas training programs, and matters related to the procedure for selecting judge-trainers. They also heard the views of the committee members on these matters.
