The Judicial Academy of Mongolia and the Supreme Court Library of the Republic of Korea officially signed an agreement on the exchange of legal books and materials on May 26, 2026.

The primary objective of this agreement is to exchange legal knowledge and information between the two institutions, deepen mutual understanding, and ultimately develop sustainable cooperation between the judicial organizations of both countries.

The agreement was signed and formalized by D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Academy of Mongolia, and Moon Joo-hyung, Director of the Supreme Court Library of the Republic of Korea. 

Under the framework of the agreement, the parties agreed to mutually donate legal books and materials to one each other on an annual basis. They also mutually agreed to establish material base that provides open and easy access to these resources for judges, court administrative staff, judicial assistants, researchers, and other users in their respective countries.
