Training on "Supporting judicial psychology and cognitive development" organized

Within the framework of the "Memorandum of Understanding" established between the Judicial Academy, the Mongolian Bar Association and the Mongolian Psychologists Association, a regular training session for judges was organized on May 13, 2026.

The training focused on providing knowledge and skills for effectively managing the psychological stress arising from the specific nature and high responsibility of judicial work. Key topics included appropriate emotional expression, developing psychological resilience, and identifying and preventing burnout syndrome.

The session was led by scholars and lecturers from the Mongolian Psychologists Association, alongside judge-trainers. Furthermore, a comprehensive module titled "Judicial stress and well-being" was conducted by Justice P. Soyol-Erdene of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, Judges A. Sarangerel and B. Adyasuren of the Administrative Court of Appeal, and Judges J. Lhagvasuren and G. Nyamsuren of the Capital City Civil Court of Appeal.

A total of 40 representative judges from the Supreme Court, capital city and provincial appellate courts, as well as district and inter-sum primary courts, participated in the training.
