An experience-sharing program organized by the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy took place in Hanoi, the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, from 2026, April 13 to 17.

Following the Memoranda of Understanding established with the Judicial Academy under the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam in 2025 and the Judicial Academy under the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam in 2026, the Academy is working to expand cooperation in areas such as enhancing the knowledge and skills of researchers and legal professionals, organizing joint training, exchanging best practices and providing advanced judicial training for judges.

The Mongolian delegation for this program included G. Khaliunaa, Head of the Training Center; S. Nasanjargal, Head of the Information Center of Judicial Academy, D. Oyumaa and M. Tsetsegmaa, Judges of the Administrative Court of Appeals; and S. Ganbat, T. Gangerel, and Kh. Nyamdelger, Judges of the Administrative Court of First Instance in the Capital City.

The representatives held an official meeting with Nguyen Thanh Tinh, Deputy Minister of Justice of Vietnam, and visited Judicial Academy under the Supreme People's Court, the Judicial Academy under the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam, the Hanoi Bar Association.
