New issue of the “Mongolian judicial and law journal” published

The first quarterly issue of 2026 of the “Mongolian judicial and law journal,” published by the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, has been released.

The 115th issue of the journal features high-level theoretical and practical content, including academic articles by legal scholars, judges, and lawyers, research reports, judicial decision analyses, and opinions provided by the Supreme Court on draft legislation. The following works are highlighted in this issue:

•    “Implementation of Article 54.1.3 of the Law on Administrative Court Procedure: Case Studies of Land Law Disputes” by Z. Margad, Assistant to the Judge of the Administrative Court of Appeals.
•    “Theoretical Understanding of Administrative Discretion in Mongolian Administrative Law” by L. Enkhsaikhan, Researcher of the Administrative Law Sector at the Judicial Academy under the Supreme Court.
•    “The Current Use of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technology in the Operations of Foreign Judiciaries” by S. Zayadelger, Chief of Secretariat of the Supreme Court of Mongolia. 

The print edition is available at the libraries of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, The Judicial General Council, the National Legal Institute, and law universities. The electronic version can be accessed at www.jtrii.mn and legaldata.mn.
