Judge-Trainers Seminar Concludes Under the “Equal Justice for All in Mongolia” (EJAM) Project

The Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, in collaboration with the National Judicial Institute (NJI) of Canada, successfully organized a seminar to prepare Judge-Trainers from April 14–15, 2026, under the framework of the “Equal Justice for All in Mongolia” (EJAM) project.

The two-day seminar was led by The Honourable J.C. Marc Richard, Chief Justice of New Brunswick, The Honourable Justice Tom Crabtree, Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Director of Judicial Education at the NJI, Pamela Tripp, Director of International Education at the NJI and Florence La Charité-Harbec, Counsel of th National Judicial Institute.

The sessions covered the following topics:
- Judicial Education as a Pillar of Judicial Independence;
- Judicial Education Pedagogy;
- Digital Resources;
- Social Context Education;
- Making the Most of Judicial Education: Elements of Program Design.
The seminar was attended by Judge-Trainers specializing in Family and Child Rights Law, as well as those participating in the Judicial Leadership track.
