Judicial Academy Officials Receive Delegation from Nagoya University, Japan

On March 19, 2026, Erdenechimeg Dashpuntsag, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, received a delegation from Nagoya University, Japan, led by Professor Murakami Masako, Director of the Center for Asian Legal Exchange (CALE). During the meeting, the parties exchanged detailed views on the significance of ongoing research topics and explored various opportunities to further expand the training, research, and academic collaboration currently implemented under their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). 

The discussions specifically focused on organizing a specialized training session on "Tort and Liability" as part of the mandatory curriculum for justices at the oversight level. Furthermore, the two sides deliberated on the possibilities and conditions for ensuring the active participation of Japanese judicial institutions in upcoming international academic conferences.

The meeting was attended by a distinguished delegation from Nagoya University, including Professor Emeritus Sugiura Kazutaka, Professor Matsuo Yo, Director of the Nagoya University Education and Research Center for Japanese Law (CJL), Professor Tamura Tetsuki, Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Law, as well as Professors Kobayashi Yuichi, Sato Fumito, Kurita Masahiro, and Okochi Minorii.

Representing the Judicial Academy were B. Dulguun, Academic Secretary; G. Khaliunaa, Head of the Training Center;  S. Nasanjargal, Head of the Information Center; and E. Erkhbilguun, Head of the Constitutional and International Law Sector.
