Training Workshop Shared German Experience

Christian Happe, Chief Judge of the District Court in Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and Elisabeth Hartung, Judge and Consultant at the Ministry of Justice in Düsseldorf, led a training workshop on March 5, 2026, under the theme "From Needs to Impact: Methodology for Developing Quality-Oriented Training Models."

The training was co-organized by the EU-funded Twinning Project and the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy. During the session, the German experience in developing and implementing needs-based training programs that meet impact and quality criteria was presented. Participants discussed the specific features and differences between the training curricula of the two countries and exchanged views on quality management systems.

The training was attended by G. Khaliunaa, Head of the Training Center at the Judicial Academy; E. Enkhzaya, Head of the Training and Research Center of the Judicial General Council; T. Enkhgerel, Psychologist and Researcher; E. Battsengel, Training and Development Referent at the Judicial Administration Human Resources Department; and training managers from the Judicial Academy's Training Center.
