Exchange of Views on Cooperation with the Mongolian International Arbitration Institution

Ms. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, Ms. G. Khaliunaa, Head of the Training Center, and Ms. B. Azzaya, Manager for International Training, held a meeting with Mr. M. Shinebayar, Secretary General of the Mongolian International Arbitration, and Ms. Grishma Pradhan, International Legal Advisor of the U.S. Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP).
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on potential areas of cooperation and agreed to submit the proposal for organizing a joint discussion forum to the Training Program Committee for further consideration.
