“DOCTOR–JUDGE” KNOWLEDGE-SHARING FORUM HELD

The Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy has initiated a series of “Doctor–Judge” knowledge-sharing forums with the aim of disseminating to the public the research outcomes of judges who are actively engaged in adjudication and who have obtained doctoral degrees in the field of legal science.
The first forum was held on 16 January 2026, featuring as a guest speaker Judge Ch. Khosbayar, Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Chamber, Doctor of Law (Ph.D), and Honored Lawyer of Mongolia. During the forum, he presented his doctoral research entitled “Key Issues in the Application of International Anti-Corruption Legal Standards in Criminal Courts of Mongolia.”
