Training Manual on “How to run successful and Seminars" Published

The Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, within the framework of the European Union–funded Twinning project “Effective Implementation of Judicial Reform in Mongolia”, has published a training manual entitled “How to run successful and Seminars” in both Mongolian and English.
The manual aims to support the organization of participatory and interactive trainings and seminars on legal and judicial topics. It consolidates key methodologies required for the effective delivery of training and seminars, including techniques for opening training sessions, principles of adult learning, training environments and conditions, preparatory arrangements, presentation techniques, the effective use of training tools and media, the preparation of training materials, and approaches to managing challenging situations during training activities.
