The “Hong Kong Legal Week 2025,” which brought together representatives from more than 40 countries, was successfully held in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China from December 1 to 5.

The event was attended by Ms. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy of Mongolia, and Ms. N. Bayarmaa, Judge of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Mongolia.

During the event, Judge N. Bayarmaa emphasized that, as Mongolia maintains strong foreign trade ties with China, the digitalization of commercial activities and dispute resolution mechanisms in this sector will have a significant impact not only on Mongolian traders but also on the overall dispute resolution process.

On the sidelines of the event, Director D. Erdenechimeg and Judge N. Bayarmaa met with Ms. Yang Lin, Director of the Hong Kong-based international Legal Talent Training Academy. During the meeting, the parties reached a mutual agreement to jointly organize capacity-building training programs for judges in the future.
