Meeting of the Curriculum Committee Convened

The regular meeting of the Curriculum Committee of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy was held on 8 December 2025. During this session, several training programs were presented, including:

  • “Ensuring the Constitutional Right to Personal Inviolability: The Need for Judicial Authorization of Covert Investigative Measures,” presented by Dr. Ch. Khosbayar, Justice of the Supreme Court and Chair of the Criminal Chamber;

  • “Key Considerations in Adjudicating Human Trafficking Cases Committed in Cyberspace,” presented by Dr. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy;

  • “Statutory Clarity, Serious and Repeated Violations, and Their Practical Application.”

All programs were deliberated and approved with the unanimous support of the Committee members.

The meeting also reviewed the proposed amendments to the Unified Training Policy for 2025–2027, the implementation status of curricula approved in 2025, and the 2026 meeting schedule of the Curriculum Committee.

In 2025, the Committee comprising 15 members held seven meetings, during which it developed and approved a total of 20 curricula: 11 mandatory and 9 elective courses. The Judicial Academy, in turn, successfully organized 37 training programs throughout the year. The session concluded with the adoption of the 2026 meeting schedule of the Curriculum Committee.
