The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) hosted a comprehensive training entitled “International Tax Law: Transfer Pricing” in Paris, France, from 27–30 November 2025.

The training was attended by Ms. D. Munkhtuya, Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia and Chair of the Administrative Chamber; Mr. G. Munkhtulga, Judge of the Administrative Appellate Court; Mr. T. Munkh-Erdene, Chief Judge of the Capital City Primary Administrative Court; Judges N. Dulamsüren and D. Khaliuna of the same court; and Ms. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy.

During the program, Justice D. Munkhtuya and Chief Judge T. Munkh-Erdene delivered presentations and shared Mongolia’s experience and perspectives on administrative adjudication in tax-related matters.

On the occasion of this training, the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy reached an agreement with the OECD to jointly organize a specialized training on Tax Law for administrative judges in May 2026.
