Judges from Latvia and Poland Familiarize Themselves with the Activities of the Judicial Academy

At the invitation of the Judicial Disciplinary Committee, Kaspars Berkis, Judge of the Regional Administrative Court of Latvia and Member of the Judicial Disciplinary Council; Marta Kozuchowska-Wariwoda, Head of the Human Resources and Organizational Department of the General and Military Courts; Dominik Cieszkiewicz, Judge of the Criminal Division of the District Court of Poland; and D. Myagmartseren, Member of the Judicial Disciplinary Committee, visited the Judicial Academy of Mongolia on 2 December 2025.

During the visit, G. Khaliunaa, Head of the Training Center of the Judicial Academy, B. Dulguun, Academic Secretary of the Academy; and S. Nasanjargal, Head of the Information Center, each delivered presentations on the functions and activities of their respective units. In addition, N. Khulan, Head of the Administrative Law Sector, presented her research entitled “Grounds, Subjects, and Procedures for Imposing Disciplinary Liability on Judges.”

Representatives from Latvia noted that their country is in the process of establishing a Judicial Academy and expressed strong interest in collaborating with the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Academy of Mongolia, with a view to sharing experiences and expanding future cooperation.
