Legal Awareness Training Organized for Vietnamese Citizens Residing in Mongolia

On 28 November 2025, the Supreme Court of Mongolia and the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in Mongolia, organized a joint meeting and legal awareness training for Vietnamese citizens residing in Mongolia. This event was held within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding concluded between the Supreme Court of Mongolia and the Supreme People’s Court of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

During the training, Ms. D. Byamba-Od, Head of the Civil Law Sector of the Judicial Academy; Mr. E. Erkhbilguun, Head of the Constitutional and International Law Sector; researchers Ms. O. Ankhbayar and Ms. L. Enkhsaikhan; as well as Mr. D. Tulga, Head of the Department of Foreign Relations and International Cooperation of the Supreme Court, and Ms. Z. Yanjinlkham, researcher of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, delivered presentations. They provided information on Mongolia’s tax environment related to business activities, as well as other legal regulations. Furthermore, they explained the procedures and legal grounds for filing complaints with the courts when legitimate rights and interests are violated.

Currently, an estimated 300–400 Vietnamese citizens reside in Mongolia, and more than 40 individuals participated in the event.
