The Administrative Court Procedure Act of the Federal Republic of Germany has been translated into Mongolian and published

The translation team Dr. B. Dulguun, Head of the Research Center and Academic Secretary of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy; N. Khulan, Head of the Administrative Law Sector; and researchers M. Anand, O. Tenkhluun, P. Chinunar, and L. Enkhsaikhan has jointly translated and published, for the first time in Mongolia, the Administrative Court Procedure Act of the Federal Republic of Germany into Mongolian.

This translated edition serves not only as a foundational source for the development of administrative court law and academic research in Mongolia, but also as a practical reference for judges, lawyers, and researchers, providing valuable support for training, scholarly work, and everyday legal practice.

The German Act is widely recognized internationally for its comprehensive regulation and strong principles safeguarding the independence of administrative courts, ensuring fairness in relations between citizens and the state, and establishing precise rules on the evaluation of evidence.

The editorial oversight and legal-text review of this translated work were carried out by T. Munkh-Erdene, Chief Judge of the Capital City Administrative Court of First Instance.
