KOICA Alumni Knowledge Sharing Forum Held in Ulaanbaatar

The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) organized the “KOICA Alumni Forum: Knowledge Sharing for Sustainable Partnership” today in Ulaanbaatar.
The opening session was attended by Ms. Joo Hyein Nan, Country Director of KOICA Mongolia Office; Dr. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Academy; as well as representatives from KOICA’s partner organizations in Mongolia.

During the forum, Dr. Ch. Khashchuluun, Professor at the Department of Economic Theory, National University of Mongolia, delivered a presentation titled “Sustainable Growth of Mongolia and the Role of the Government and Private Sector.” Additionally, Dr. S. Batbayar, Associate Professor at the School of Law, National University of Mongolia, presented on “Trends in Business Environment Reforms and Legal Regulations.”

Since 1995, KOICA has been implementing capacity-building and training programs designed for policymakers, public officials, and sectoral experts from its partner countries. As of 2025, more than 3,300 Mongolian public officials have participated in KOICA’s training programs.
