Doctoral research work on "Development of Real Estate Law in Mongolia: Unification of Basic Principles", research papers on "Some legal issues of Commercial Law" and "Some legal issues of Immovable Property Law" has been published by Justice of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, Doctor of Law (LL.D) Bayarmaa Nyamdoo.

The doctoral research work of the judge and researcher examines the legal development of urban areas in Mongolia, current situation, problems and their underlying causes from the point of view of private law, including property law, and the basic principles and concepts of land law that do not depend on the form of ownership. It is emphasized that regulatory unity should be ensured not only in tax, management, and environmental legal issues, but also in property law.

The work "Some Legal Issues of Commercial Law" presents problems in a field of private law, securities law, business organization, pledge of physical and non-physical assets, insolvency/bankruptcy law and commercial legal regulations overview and comparison, and material rights. It includes not only legal but also procedural legal problems.

On the other hand, "Some Legal Issues of Immovable Property" is the legal basis of ownership, which is important for solving the full and limited rights of the owner/mortgage, easement, usufruct, the right to build buildings on other people's land, the rights of state public property and the rights of apartment owners. It also includes legal regulations aimed at registering the rights of public housing owners, the concept of condominiums, and the rights of land and immovable property attached to it, which is considered a relatively new industry in Mongolia.

Moreover, there are articles and compendiums written in such a way as to compare and summarize the rights mentioned above, which coexist in the opposite direction, and other rights aimed at limiting ownership rights.
