Justice Batsuuri M. of the Supreme Court of Mongolia and Judge Bataa B. of the Criminal Court of First Instance of Songinokhairkhan District attended the training for judges and prosecutors held in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, from March 13  to 17, 2023. The training was organized by the International Law Enforcement Academy /ILEA-BANGKOK/ on the topic "Electronic Evidence".  

         Organizers and trainers emphasized that the need and requirement to digitize legal institutions and courts around the world, to avoid paper-based evidence as much as possible, and to create electronic files through the training.  

        At the same time, the participants exchanged experiences and information about electronic evidence standards, types, legal requirements, and evidence capacity. A total of 45 participants/judges and prosecutors from 9 Southeast Asian countries participated in the training.
