The 103rd or the first quarter/special edition of 2023 of legal periodical journal "Supreme court law review (Mongolyn tur, erkh zui)"  published by the Judicial Training, Research and Information Institute has been published.

        In this season's special edition, the papers discussed at the international academic conference on "Right to Court: Functions and Powers of Supreme Court" jointly organized by the Supreme Court of Mongolia, Judicial Training, Research and Information Institute with the support of Germany's Hanns-Seidel Foundation is published. Judges and academics from the USA, Germany, and Singapore, judges and researchers of the Supreme Court of Mongolia gave presentations at the conference.

       The report can be read in Mongolian and English versions in printed form at the Supreme Court, the General Council of the Mongolia, the National Legal Institute, law universities, as well as at https://jtrii.mn and https://legaldata.mn/ websites.
