Proceedings of the International Conference on Theoretical and Practical Issues in Administrative Litigation Published

On June 4, 2024, the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Mongolia hosted an International Academic Conference titled "Systematization of Administrative Law and Its Application: Interdependencies" to mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of specialized administrative courts in Mongolia.

The conference brought together legal scholars and judges with expertise in administrative law from Mongolia, Japan, Germany, South Korea, Canada, Singapore, and Turkey. Participants presented research papers, engaged in discussions, and exchanged knowledge on both the theoretical and practical dimensions of administrative litigation.

The Judicial Academy, under the Supreme Court of Mongolia, has now published a compilation of the research papers presented at the conference. This publication serves as a valuable academic resource, offering insights into how legislative, executive, and judicial bodies contribute to the systematization and coherence of administrative law. Drawing from both domestic and international perspectives, the compilation presents innovative research with significant implications for both academic inquiry and practical application.
